1.1. These Terms of Use (the "Terms") constitute a public proposal by United Developers (the "Company") to an unlimited range of persons to conclude an agreement on the use of unidevs.uz (the "Website") on the terms set out below.
1.2. Commencing use of the Website (accessing its pages, submitting forms) is deemed acceptance of these Terms under Articles 367–370 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. A user who does not agree with the Terms must stop using the Website.
1.3. Relations between the Company and the user not regulated by the Terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
2.1. The Website provides access to information about the Company's web-development services, portfolio and pricing, and allows the user to submit an enquiry via feedback forms.
2.2. Information on services and pricing published on the Website is for reference only and does not constitute a public offer within the meaning of Article 369 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, unless expressly stated otherwise. The specific scope, price and timeline of services are set out in a separate written contract between the Company and the customer.
3.1. The user may freely use the Website for personal and business purposes not contrary to the law and these Terms.
3.2. The user must not: take actions aimed at disrupting the normal operation of the Website; gain unauthorized access to its software or hardware; use automated data-collection tools (parsing, scraping) without the Company's written consent; submit through the Website forms any content that violates the law or third-party rights, including malicious code; impersonate another person or knowingly provide false data.
3.3. By submitting data through the Website forms, the user confirms its accuracy and their agreement with the Personal Data Processing Policy.
4.1. The Website and all its elements (texts, images, logos, corporate identity, design elements, program code, databases) are protected under the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Copyright and Related Rights" and other intellectual-property legislation. The exclusive rights belong to the Company or are used by it on lawful grounds.
4.2. Reproduction, copying, distribution, adaptation or communication to the public of the Website materials, and use of the Company's trademarks and trade name, are not allowed without its prior written consent, except for free-use cases expressly provided by law (quotation with mandatory attribution and an active link to the Website).
5.1. The Website is provided "as is". The Company takes reasonable measures to keep the Website running and the information current, but does not warrant the absence of technical failures, errors or inaccuracies.
5.2. The Company is not liable for: losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Website; acts of third parties, including telecom operators and hosting providers; the content of external resources linked from the Website.
5.3. Nothing in these Terms limits the Company's liability where such limitation is prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
5.4. The user is independently liable for violating these Terms and for damage caused by such violation in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
6.1. The Website may contain links to third-party websites. The Company does not control such resources and is not responsible for their availability, content or data-processing policies. The user follows such links at their own risk.
7.1. The Company may unilaterally amend these Terms and change the structure, content and functionality of the Website without prior notice. The new version of the Terms takes effect upon publication on the Website.
7.2. Continued use of the Website after the changes take effect constitutes the user's acceptance of the new version of the Terms.
8.1. These Terms and the parties' relations are governed by the substantive law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
8.2. Disputes are resolved through negotiations. The pre-trial claim procedure is mandatory: a claim is sent to the e-mail address specified in Section 9 and is considered within fifteen business days. Failing agreement, the dispute is referred to the court at the Company's location in accordance with the procedural legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
